As a minority owned company, Goldpoint Homes is a privately held, pre-fabricated modular manufacturing company focused on providing effective and efficient real estate and affordable housing solutions. These solutions have a few traditional real estate projects and a lot of new and creative project developments that make our company very unique!
Goldpoint Homes principals have over 30 years of real estate, investment, ownership, and operational experience to evaluate and structure each opportunity from a long-term owner/occupant perspective.

Our Executive Team
Antonio Martin, Jr.
CEO
Antonio Martin is a US Navy veteran who dedicated 10 years of his life in service to his country. For the past 7 years, he has acted as a CEO for a management company specializing in Hospitality, Retail, and CRE. His experience in Retail and Commercial Real Estate makes him a valuable addition to Goldpoint Homes. Antonio has contributed to many ground-breaking projects in the affordable house space. He oversaw the Make Housing Affordable Program through AHF, which provided down payments and lending to over 428 underserved, low to middle income individuals. Being heavily involved in the retail space for CPG’s, he is considered highly influential among his peers for the lounge franchise models that are used throughout the U.S.
